Abstract:

The business plan deals with the production and commercialization of banana milk, since it is a product with a high content of nutrients and vitamins that is projected to be distributed in the city of Guayaquil. The theoretical bases that support the business idea are reviewed, as well as the possibility of contributing to the economic development of this city; The main raw material is an export product that is not being exploited notably, such as creating products that have bananas as raw materials; in addition to generating strength for microenterprises or ventures that opt for something similar, which will allow them to compete with substitute products existing in the market. Through the market study it is possible to determine that the analyzed target population is willing to purchase the product, with the results the economic study projected for five years is carried out; Through the financial evaluation, it reflects a positive NPV, an IRR that exceeds the WACC, as well as the return on investment in the first year of business operation; the same one that contains all the necessary elements to initiate the constitution of the company; the organizational technical study and that must be subject to the current regulations of the country.
