Diseño de herramientas para la mejora de la calidad en el turismo comunitario de la Asociación Aroma Caliente ubicada en la parroquia de Ambuquí

Abstract:

The following research project is intended to help the touristic development of the association called “Aroma Caliente”, which is located in Ambuquí, in the province of Imbabura. The Juncal community, which is the one involved in this entrepreneurship process, has a shortfall in the technical knowledge that will help them develop this activity with excellence, in the touristic management. The first chapter contains a detailed definition of the technical concepts such as “comunitary tourism” that will help for a better understanding as well as where this concept began.
