Diseño de proceso para departamento de talento humano de la empresa de accesorio de telecomunicaciones “Cell Part” en Guayaquil 2018-2019
Abstract:
An adequate process of selecting the personnel of this analysis will be framed within an Ecuadorian company founded on August 24, 2015, for the sale of electronic equipment, and it has undoubtedly been in a good commercial state, however, by not having a department of human talent, to help you strengthen your resources and capabilities, so you can have better results. The present study arises from an importance that is the human talent that is a fundamental part for the company, since it allows him to fulfill, to allow to improve his expectations, to increase the sales and to reach his objectives. It was considered with an analysis to corroborate the real situation of the company, establishing the needs of a human factor establishing a design and proposal for exploratory, descriptive and inductive treatment for a study aimed at determining characteristics of the human being. In order to reduce staff turnover, choose the knowledge and competence of the member of the company, and train in order to develop new skills, and obtain better income for the company. Finally, the proposal is made for the design of human talent processes, providing the company with a structured organization chart with each of the functions performed to improve the development of the activities of each of the collaborators.
