Diseño de procesos en la empresa E-Broker para la mejora de desempeño de la cadena de valor

Abstract:

Process management is important for any organization nowadays, because it helps the company to be more organized and it contributes to their constant optimization. In this project, processes of E-Broker are designed with SIPOC methodology, and with this and other techniques like value- added analysis, time study and computerized simulations; it can cause an improvement in the performance of the value chain, and for that increases in sales and cost effectiveness. For the development of this project, the actual situation of the company was analyzed, the most relevant problems of the company were identified and an improvement plan was proposed, as well as key performance indicators were designed; so with this the company will have a lot of significant information leading it to improve their operations and their constant growth.
