Abstract:

The following thesis project proposes the design of a digital and printed magazine about the creation and care of gardens at home for children 6 to 11 years old, currently there are not many didactic materials that educate children how to carry out an indoors activities. The purpose of this project was to motive children in a didactic and educational way to participate in the production of a vegetable garden with their parents so that they can see by themselves how their food is being produced. For the development, two types of investigations were carried out, the documentary which gathered the content of the magazine, and the descriptive investigation, which through interviews and focus groups, reinforced the current information and it also contributed to collected new data for the design of the project. The information collected was essential for the creation of the magazine such as its graphic line, illustration, color and interactivity and didactic content.
