Diseño de talleres en la formación de lideres educativos y estudiantes para la Unidad Educativa Javier
Abstract:
Due to the critical problem in the atmosphere biopsicosocial, in that we are and given the academic and behavioral decrease of a group of students of each parallel one in the Educational Unit Javier, I have considered pertinent to take in consideration an educational administration in classroom accompaniment to elevate the self-esteem of the students with low yield and to incorporate them to the student regular process of the educational institution in an immediate way. This project has as purpose to offer a support guide in the discipline of the sciences, to get a better style in the student's javeriano presence, its learning and adaptation. This you can achieve by means of a simple, logical, systematic, conscious and concomitant style in the custom attention of the affected groups. This way, by means of a traverse relationship with “all” the different educational areas of the facility. The process develops the development biopsicosocial as for the love to the life, the development of the thought and the insert to the process; developing its abilities and individual dexterities, grapples and community. To be carried out with shops that is shown in observation, experimentation, synthesis, application evaluative and demonstrative in the environment to their personal excellence and of leadership. To develop new perspectives in the search of the good one to live. This guide has as end to help to also make aware to the educational ones, pupil and to the educational community in its immediate participation for the care and conservation of its personal environment. The aspiration of this work is of offering the design of a shop for the formation of educational and student leaders, able to decrease the problem in the pedagogic processes of the Institution of the city of Guayaquil, and to consolidate the knots among its educational ones, students, family, the community and its environment in general.
