Diseño de un Sistema de Gestión Ambiental, basado en la norma ISO 14001:2015, para una empresa procesadora de concentrado de fruta

Abstract:

The present work focuses on waste management, consideríng as a study object a fruit concentrate processing company. For which the requirements for the design of the Environmental Management System based on the international standard ISO 14001: 2015, the requirements of the standard were reviewed and subsequently verified in the field to know the level of current compliance that it has. lt was necessary to know about the current situation of the generation of solid waste within the company in the area of production of fruit concentrate with respect to the Plan de Manejo Ambiental approved by the competent authority, it is verified that they have a Registro Generador de Residuos Peligrosos, Also we checked the processes for the production of fruit concentrate.where the generation of them is mostly produced. This was the reason why the proposal is made to implement an Environmental Management System, based on the ISO 14001:2015.
