Diseño de un centro geriátrico para el cantón Duran, 2021

Abstract:

The Durán canton is one of the cities with the highest population growth in Ecuador, and despite this, the availability of geriatric facilities is null. Hence, a contextual analysis of the canton and the study group of interest, which ranges in the elderly population aged 65 years and over, is carried out using scientific research methods aiming to come up with a geriatric center that reaches the social, medical and therapeutic needs and requirements of this population, linking it with the contextual environment of the Durán canton.
