Diseño de un edificio sustentable para la gobernación de la provincia de Santa Elena 2015

Abstract:

Being Santa Elena the recentest province, doesn’t have a building designed specifically for his government; although it owns a land for the ubication of it, it is practicing in a building constructed for other purposes, which creates a conflict of functionality and reliability.
