Abstract:

The topic to be developed as an object of study is an Institute of the Arts, a site of studied art, music, dance, entertainment, theater and writing, thinking in young adults where they can develop their skills and train future professionals. the which will be developed in three chapters Theoretical Framework, Methodology and Project. The intent is to provide a service to the population of region 5 in the country in relation art and culture.
