Diseño de un manual de medidas de protección y desinfección de productos en el mercado “Las Manuelas”.

Abstract:

The pandemic caused by Covid-19 has seriously affected all economic strata and sectors, not only causing a global health emergency, it has also caused an economic recession. Despite this, society has tried to get ahead both in terms of health and finances.The implementation of biosecurity measures has allowed economic activities to resume little by little, however, it does not mean that the pandemic has ended. This research is based on the need to establish a manual of protection measures and disinfection of products in the market "Las Manuales" in the city of Durán. For this, different theories about the handling of products and their disinfection, the structuring of a manual and the current situation of the handling of products were analyzed. The methodology implemented was of a mixed approach to collect quantitative and qualitative information, through the descriptive method using the interview to the market administrator and a survey directed to the market traders to determine that although they comply with the measures imposed by the Ministry of Health and municipal GAD. The proposal consists of the design of a manual for the protection and disinfection of products on the market, which will allow the personnel who work there to prevent contagion by Covid-19.
