Diseño de un manual de procedimientos de control interno contable para Hotel Pacifico en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract:

The present proposal for the design of a manual of accounting internal control procedures for Hotel Pacific in the city of Guayaquil, was developed through the research work carried out within the hotel itself, which reflected the lack of procedures for the recording of accounting information since the information is registered in a formal manner. emperic by the manager, which allows setting as a general objective the design of a manual accounting internal control procedures. In the research, the analytical and descriptive methodology was used, to obtain the necessary information, techniques and instruments were applied such as the interview that was directed to the internal staff of the hotel and the accountant for the collection of information. In accordance with the information collected, it was analyzed and interpreted for the study, with which it was possible to determine the need to implement a manual of accounting internal control procedures to improve its procedures and management of accounting information.
