Diseño de un modelo de gestión administrativa para la compañía Comercial Baterías Ledesma S.A. en la Ciudad de Guayaquil para el período 2013


Abstract:

The company taken for this research work has revealed weaknesses in the management of the main areas: Cash on hand – Banks, Accounts Receivable, Inventories and Sales. For this reason our research is intended to elaborate a management model that allows appropriate handling of the above-mentioned areas and, in turn, be a referent for other companies that want to improve its management processes. The present research work is developed in four chapters, beginning with the background in which are detailed: Problem Statement, Problem Formulation, and systematization of the problem, objectives, justification of research, hypothesis, viability and research limitation. In the first chapter we present all the theoretical aspects regarding administration, concept of enterprise, different kind of enterprises, main aspects and generalizations about administrative management, and how the process of administration in modern enterprises should be developed. In the second chapter, there are interviews and questionnaires done by us to the administrators and workers of “Baterías Ledesma S.A COMMERCIAL COMPANY.” As a result of these interviews and questionnaires, we have been able to determine how the lack of an efficient management model has affected the main areas of: Cash on hand – Banks, Cbkp_redits and Collections, Inventories and Sales. In the third Chapter, we present our take on how to improve these weaknesses and difficulties that the company is facing. Our proposal of designing an administrative management model consists of elaborating and structuring clear and accurate administrative processes in the areas of: Cash on hand – Banks, Cbkp_redits and Collections, Inventories and Sales. As well as creating reports, implementing control policies and showing certain management indicators. The proposed recommendation will enable the company to get an efficient administrative management which will lead it to achieve all the strategic objectives. In the fourth chapter, we present the conclusions obtained regarding the contribution that this research work gives to the company under study and which could become a reference for companies with similar features.
