Diseño de un modelo de gestión de recursos humanos en la empresa Anglo Ecuatoriana de Guayaquil


Abstract:

The development of the proposal is an investigative study which allows through a strategic plan to improve the human talent management of the Anglo Ecuadorian company of Guayaquil with the objective of benefiting the company increasing the operational performance of the organizational structure of the HR department, Through the detection of problems performed by diagnosis to identify the main causes that affect the processes of activities and responsibilities in the execution of tasks. The company in recent years has begun to obtain negative results in the performance of responsibilities causing inefficiency in the management of processes and setbacks in reporting, due to the lack of technology and support supports that help determine a More technological area with the use of modern equipment and systems. For this reason the present project detects the causes and through diagnosis establishes a strategic objective for the problem or risk stronger that affects the organization, in order to obtain greater results and the company can implement it.
