Diseño de un modelo de gestión para la comuna del área nacional de Recreación Isla Santay

Abstract:

The present study analyzes the different problems that frame the deficiency in the administration due to the lack of application of a management model that determines the functioning of the organization. Therefore, the objective is to design a model that integrates the processes based on the well-being of the Santay Island community. Consequently, before a comparative analysis of the model aligned with the environment, the Integral Scorecard was selected as a model. This model allows a strategic plan to be integrated and integrated into the processes, considering the participation and commitment of all those who make up the community. This model allowed us to use a methodology with a qualitative approach and a non-experimental design due to the interpretative analysis of the variables and factors that frame the research problem. Under the management control methodology, it resulted in the generation of strategic objectives and that, by means of quantitative indicators, the performance of the same can be assessed, thus determining the feasibility of adapting the balanced scorecard as a model ideal for the object of study.
