Diseño de un modelo de gestión por procesos para la empresa INMOBILIARIUM CIA. LTDA

Abstract:

The following thesis/dissertation paper is focused on the research and proposition of a new management model for processes for Inmobiliarium CIA.LTD. Its main purpose is to improve the company’s service and performance quality by not wasting resources and time in unfruitful efforts. An analysis of the situation the company is in now was made, in which the need to adopt a process-based focus in order to achieve improvement in the organization became evident. The processes defined for Inmobiliarium CÍA. LTDA were the Governing processes, the Adding value processes, and the Enabling support processes. It was determined that some of the processes in Inmobiliarium have a greater impact in the relationship with the client, making it fundamental for these processes to be efficient and effective in order to properly attend to the clients´ necessities. Therefore, the next step is to implement the proposed management model for processes. By applying the new focus based on processes, the company will have the opportunity to optimize its resources and efficiency due to the fact no time and efforts are being wasted on useless efforts. The management model for processes will also add benefit by arrangement, in which the common goal is focused on the client, also providing a frame for the re-designing of work.
