Diseño de un modelo de gestión por procesos para la escuela municipal “Pradera” de la ciudad de Loja, año 2015


Abstract:

This research work is a proposal of a process management model for the Escuela Municipal "Pradera", located in the neighborhood of the same name, San Sebastian parish, canton and province of Loja. Through direct observation of the current situation was established in the institution, where both administrative activities as teaching is the performed routinely or repetition, without processes or activities properly documented or management indicators in order to measure their efficiency and effectiveness of the service provided to its users; with this premise objectives to be fulfilled and working hypotheses were proposed. The proposal includes the use of new technologies, ICT, to complement the activities of the processes established during the study; they were obtained through techniques such as surveys and interviews with the actors of the institution. The detailed description of the processes performed using flow charts and records of processes; monitoring indicators are in relation to meet the standards of administrative and pedagogical management formulated by the Ministry of Education and framed in the National Plan for Good Living. Concluding that the design and documentation of key processes, simplify repetitive and inefficient actions to improve organizational management and generate added value to the institution; In addition, the use of the Internet as a key ally of the proposed change and to achieve the strategic objectives that the institution arises. The alternatives are viable in the short term and are related to improving the quality of administrative and pedagogical management and in the not too distant future achieve ISO quality standard.
