Diseño de un plan de comunicación integral basado en un código de ética para la cooperativa Campo de Unión y Progreso de San Isidro CUPSI Ltda. de San Isidro – Manabí, año 2017
Abstract:
Cooperativa Campo de Unión y Progreso de San Isidro CUPSI Ltda. this is a small company, in which through research several communications problems were identified and affect seriously their business performance. As inconsistencies in the presentation of results to partners and regulatory institutions, also absent of guidelines, standards, codes, etc. to formalize and strengthen internal communication channels, and in addition a precarious commercial communication; these problems can be solved using ethics in communications as a tool for organizational management. The firm does not count with communication plan, where by it intended an Integral Communication Plan based in a Code of Ethics that attending the needs from and orientation towards behaviors straight as a key element to project a better institutional image and reputation. Therefore it has set targets to design an Integral Communication Plan based on a Code of Ethics will strengthen the image and reputation of the Cooperativa CUPSI Ltda. - Manabí, year 2017. Integral Communication Plan provides internal campaign of communication guided to improve performance of the staff to create a strong organizational culture, transparency to give information razing their confidence communication campaigns are presented with commercial strategy and the CSR to bring incentive and loyalty to the business associate and the clients improving the legibility index of their publicity
