Abstract:

In the present research will cover various topics of interest for the development of the project as is the participation, organization and planning in Huataracu community, where you will see the main problems it faces, and thus to develop the design of a communication plan that will allow to improve the quality of life. Will speak on the topic of communication in a margin towards the development and trying to compare it to the reality of the community, where we know what the causes of the lack of communication, achieving to organize the community and see the strengthening of it relying on the theories that will be raised at work.
