Abstract:

The main objective is to design a maintenance plan using the technique TPM PRECUACERO SA achiev ingreliability in their equipment and machinery. The whole design process is based on the Japanese technique TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), the same as looking for efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out the modernization of machinery and its operators, apply this thesis is vital because there is currently no regular monitoring of the machinery. A maintenance plan is very attractive from an economic stand point reporting a total investment of $ 9,014.85, $ 3,766.30 divided into fixed investment and $ 5,248.55 of operating cost, in turn the rate of return exceeds 100% investment is lower than the costs of main training the company $ 15,414.16 annually spends uncontrollably, all this shows that it is feasible, profitable and necessary to gain greater control of performance and reliability of all machinery and equipment owned by the companyS
