Abstract:

the object to end of this technical project is to indicate the proposal of a preventive maintenance plan for the Northwest Operational Center of the Quito Electric Company. This technical project has as a starting point to establish each of the engineering systems, their operation, parts and main failures of their operation. Know what state each system is in, thus, it is possible to determine the shortcomings of each of the systems Therefore, the analysis and detail of preventive maintenance routines will be carried out for each of the intervened systems, which will be directed to technical personnel, said system will obtain indicators that will classify each system according to its operability within time. Finally, with the data and background, a maintenance plan will be developed as well as a program with a database in which each of the systems will be defined with their main data, routines for each of their periods and indicators for each one of declared systems
