Diseño de un plan de mejoramiento aplicado al Insituto Niño Jesús de Praga ubicado en el sector norte de la ciudad de Quito

Abstract:

This work has been developed in order to create a Comprehensive Improvement Plan for the Particular Institute “Niño Jesús de Praga”, which has as its main objective to prevent the reduction of students and increase their income to avoid economic insolvency. Chapter one refers to the general description of the institution and its current situation analysis, besides the problems that affect the very detailed. In chapter two, after performing the respective analysis, it takes the difficulties and then the research question is formulated, the general objective and specific objectives of the plan. In chapter three the need to understand the concepts that will be used within the comprehensive improvement plan framework is drawn up, referring to Ecuador's educational standards and educational quality legal framework is made. In chapter four discusses the methodological framework, the design of data collection tools and sample the population and for research. In chapter five all proposals and results of this comprehensive improvement plan to achieve the objectives are framed. The conclusions and recommendations at the end of this work are discussed.
