Diseño de un plan de producción de productos de limpieza elaborados a través de la Empresa Pública (EP) de la Facultad de Ingeniería Química

Abstract:

The target of this research is to design a production plan for cleaning products prepared by the Public Company (EP) of the Faculty of Chemical Engineering with the aim of expanding the range of products that this state company carries out. In addition to providing people who live in suburban neighborhoods of the city of Guayaquil with a product that complies with all provisions issued by the control agencies and also benefit the University of Guayaquil because each quarter must purchase cleaning products to private companies instead of being able to acquire these same products in the state company where, due to cost issues, their acquisition price would have a more economic value. In addition to providing people who live in suburban neighborhoods of the city of Guayaquil with a product that complies with all provisions issued by the control agencies and also to benefit the University of Guayaquil because each quarter must purchase cleaning products to private companies instead of being able to acquire these same products in the state company where, due to cost issues, their acquisition price would have a more economic value. This research used a documentary, field and descriptive methodology that has allowed the collection of data about the business opportunity to be developed and to provide a favorable response to the proposed objective. The technique used was the interview and check list. Two professors with a specialty in chemical engineering, two professors with a specialty of quality systems and also a General Manager (In charge) of the Public Company were interviewed. In addition, a check list was made to know the situation of the company. Through all these tools used, the general objective is met and improvements are established through the elaboration of an action plan based on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
