Abstract:

The present work has as main objective the design of a Safety Plan for the handling and adequate storage of chemical products in the Bananera Hda. Rosa Angélica, for reducing risks and avoiding work accidents. The objectives are to carry out a survey of the current situation of the Company, to identify the activities or processes which are involved in the use, and to handle and storage chemical products. It was made using the triple criteria risk matrix and the results were interpreted with the elaboration of the Pareto diagram, in order to propose a design of a Safety Plan for the proper handling and storage of chemical products through this objective. The bases that can be the best adaptation of the winery and the best influence of these are sought chemical products since if applied, the quality of the work environment can improve.
