Abstract:

The present research work as a main objective to evaluate the effectiveness of the management of TARGETAUTO, for it several bibliographical sources tending to have been based on a conceptual and fundamental framework that allows to analyze the data adequately, it was established, that this is an investigation of descriptive type, not experimental and documentary. The results of the development of the administrative management, the measurement of the phases of planning, organization, direction and control that are part of the administrative process were analyzed and showed the results obtained through the financial analysis. Procedures manuals were proposed in areas of sales and purchases of merchandise. Relevant conclusions and recommendations were raised.
