Diseño de un programa de actualización en métodos y estrategias de modelos de enseñanza aprendizaje para los docentes de la facultad de ciencias administrativas de UPSE

Abstract:

The present work has the purpose of applying a strategies series, among them the integral, methods and models tuitional - learning for the better the educational quality and the academic process in the running of Contabilidad and Ciencias Administrativas's Faculty Auditoría of the University Estatal Península of Santa Elena, in the mathematics subject of study in order to the period 2011; the investigation's importance consists in the perspective of improving the performance of the students in order to it, designing is necessary a bringing ups to date program in methods and strategies of models of teachings learning in order to the teachers, that I include (subj) strategies and methodologies, for the better the teaching practice's environment and catching up with an intellectual level of the students through a qualitative investigation, this will catch up with itself with the teamwork; Once the problem has been detected in me, he will go away giving solution with the opportune solution sketch; Likewise it must be focused inside the theoretic frame, that the variable development will understand intervinientes as importance becomes of the mathematics and Constar Auditores's technical training utilizing an investigation once was made suitable, just like the chronogram and next applying the sampling once was regulated stop than through the analysis and the aftermaths's discussion, establish him(subj) through the opinion polls accomplished to students, teachers and the different Racings's executives and applying instruments, pictures and statistics graphics; To the the same as it will be examined in shape analytical and graphic he climbs it of Licker, for it than applying a true proposal consisting of designing strategies to develop integral learnings, he will make a contribution in positive form to the teachers of Ciencias Administrativas's Faculty in order that they sell off (subj) his innovative classrooms and motivators, benefitting directly to the students that they will improve his pedagogical level, giving solution to the problems once was presented.
