Actual and desired organizational culture, and its relationship with learning culture: Application of Quinn's competitive values model
Abstract:
Organizational culture and learning culture are related elements; whose analysis is relevant for every organization. The objective of the research was to relate these two variables using the Quinn Competitive Values model and the culture of learning questionnaire. Our results show that when organizations do not have an orientation towards innovation, the current and desired culture model does not allow the development of key actions oriented towards organizational learning.
