Abstract:

The development of the investigation was based on the fact that a series of problems have been observed in the service stations of the company NUCOPSA, However, the main problem is the poor control of fuel dispatch in the corporate clients of the company NUCOPSA, for the development of this problem, the general objective was raised, which was: design a control system for the supply of fuel of corporate fleets in the company NUCOPSA, using the analytical and synthetic method for the development of this investigation, together with the instruments such as the interview and the survey, which determined that corporate clients have more than 10 trucks in their fleet, as well as 73% affirm it, whose seniority is more than 5 years (in 71% of the respondents), 80% of corporate clients consume diesel, and are enthusiastic about having a control system for the dispatch of fuels in the service stations of the company NUCOPSA by 89%; finally, it is concluded that 64% of the customers are dissatisfied with the company's current logistics, so it is vital and necessary to create said control system for the distribution of fuels, the research objectives were met..
