Diseño de un sistema de gestión de calidad aplicando la norma ISO 9001 2008 para la Empresa Tuval S.A.

Abstract:

To design a System of qualit management applying the ISO norm 9001 2008 for the company Tuval S.A. that is a business firm dedicated to the buy and sale of products of hardware store that it needs immediately of an improvement in the quality of the operative processes, the problem is based on the lack of processes, procedures and instructive of work, there was begun by an initial diagnosis which I determine that Tuval S.A. needed to improve his processes immediately, there was realized a manual of quality, manual of procedures, instructive of works in the areas More critiques, the aims and the quality policies were fixed, with this it was possible to reduce the clients' excessive claims and the quality was improved very much in the procedures, with the final diagnosis it was achieved to increase the level of satisfaction of the clients, to reduce the time of wait in the attention to the client and to support a process of constant improvement.
