Diseño de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional en una empresa de productos de consumos masivo con el fin de reducir accidentes y enfermedades profesionales.

Abstract:

The objective of this Project is to improve the conditions and the work environment for the employees at The Industrial Molinera of the city of Guayaquil. This has the purpose of minimizing accidents and work injuries for staff and in the same manner to optimize costs. For the realization of this research, several methods were used, such as; direct observations, surveys and conducted audit formats such as SART. Using all permitted methods these the make of a diagnosis of the present situation of the company. Based on the results, a proposal was formulated which consisted primarily in managing the administrative part. It was concluded that financial resources for integration, implementation, of the same, were compromised. Afterwards, the technical part was handled and conducted by identifying, measuring and evaluating the risks in the labor environment, using the William Fine method. In addition to this, was assessed the part of human talent which instructs and trains the personnel regarding the safety and danger to which they are exposed to. Lastly, basic procedures were evaluated through inspections to detect any act or substandard conditions, to be able to take the appropriate approaches preventions and correction beginning at the core, secondly, the surrounding environment and subsequently the individual one
