Diseño de un sistema de gestión en seguridad y salud laboral en la Empresa de Alimentos Trébol Verde ( COALSE )


Abstract:

The Trébol Verde Company presents difficulties in complying with the legal requirements of occupational safety, economic losses have increased when paying fines for occupational accidents and absenteeism of its employees. Therefore, the objective of this thesis is to Design a Management System in Occupational Health and Safety in the food company Trébol Verde (COALSE), and in this way it develops a Management System for Occupational Risk Prevention based on the technical legal regulations of Ecuador in order to reduce risks, avoid accidents and occupational diseases of the food company Trébol Verde. After the respective analysis, it is concluded that changes must be implemented specifically in terms of Employee Training, signage installation, provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for employees. It is recommended that the company carry out this plan in order to have the advantages that it would provide in addition to an improvement in the Work Climate.
