Abstract:

The general objective of this degree work is "To design a competency-based performance evaluation process for the administrative and operational personnel of the Municipal Government of El Pan", in which a proposal will be made on the methodology to be implemented, the personnel involved to be evaluated or evaluated, their evaluation matrices and processes that will govern the competency-based performance manual for the administrative and operational personnel of the Municipal Government of El Pan.
