Abstract:

The small farmers of the coastal zone of Ecuador have increased their cocoa crops due to this increase there is a great demand for crops, therefore, production increases and it should be considered that one of the most important stages in the production of cocoa is the drying of this, which must be done with technification so that cocoa does not lose its aroma, and no losses are generated due to excess moisture from cocoa or poor drying.
