Diseño e implementación de un dispositivo de comunicación alternativa basado en SPC (Símbolos Pictóricos de Comunicación)

Abstract:

This thesis looks for to facilitate the communication of the children with deficient of the speech by means of an electronic team where the SPC (Pictorial Symbols of Communication) to more than being visualized, they are listened, reproducing an audio corresponding to each one of them. The audio records it to him previously in a memory USB in format mp3 and by means of an electronic system that controls: audio decoder, selection (tactile screen), light indicator (led) the audio of the SPC is listened, this way being able to understand sentences built by the children. This development would provide bigger communication easiness for the children with deficient of the speech since when being listen each one of the PSC that you/they form a sentence it is not necessary to have knowledge of the same ones.
