Diseño e implementación de un sistema de gestión en el área de mantenimiento en una empresa que elabora suministro de oficinas

Abstract:

This project demonstrates the design and implementation of a management system for the maintenance division of a company with over 10 years in the market and is dedicated to the development of office supplies, factors which were analysed included high dropout rate in the production process, lack of management in the maintenance area of the company leading to losses in machinery, manpower, raw material and finished products. To achieve this objective the following will be used Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and in turn the application of Weibull statistics as tools for reliability analysis, continuous improvement in the production process, and a stock of spare parts plan. The application of these techniques will result in the reduction of large losses in the production process from conception of the raw material to produce the final product they will also increase quality, productivity and give rise to a culture of effective communication for development activities, implementing procedures and continuous monitoring of the process through indicators it will be possible to improve decision making and implement continuous improvement of tools.
