Abstract:

The present title project named: Design and implementation of a weighing system with access to database with RFID technology and reporting through a local network. It is carried out in order to avoid the backup of information from each raw material supplier in a notebook at the time of weighing, in this way it avoids long periods when transcribing information provided by the industrial balance. The system consists mainly of weighing information backup. In addition to the control panel, Delta DVP20SX2 PLC that is connected to a weighing module DVP02lC-SL, in turn are connected with 4 load cells, within the network used it communicates immediately to the control board, it also counts with an HMI for the interaction and data entry of the weight of the raw material. The RFID antenna helps identify the customer and the product for easy storage.
