Adaptación tecnológica de una máquina de ensayos moore

Abstract:

the Facultad de Ingeniería en Mecánica y Ciencias de la Producción laboratories, the machines of different types are, so that the student can make their necessary practices in order to complete their learning; these machines were bought some time ago. This thesis has the objective of making a design of a machine to realize fatigue test known as “Moore Test”, that can be built in a very low price. For the technological adaptation of this machine it was necessary to follow all the process of the mechanical design establishing criteria that were of great use for the process in deciding how to select the mechanical element and the analysis methods of the design learnt for the calculus of the dimensions and types of materials to be used for all the parts that compose this machine according to its function necessities.
