Diseño e implementación de una red modbus/rtu entre dos autómatas programables S7-1200 basados en el estándar RS485.


Abstract:

The technical raised project has as principal aim teach efficient protocols and technologies of communication between different systems of control and automation, in our case we announce the protocol MODBUS/RTU, which we will detail his use, application, design, configuration, performance and advantages on other methods of industrial communication. This we are going to achieve across two didactic modules equipped with logical programmable controllers (PLC) SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1200 CPU 1214C DC/AC/Rly, with his respective interfaces of entry and exit of information, included the port RS485 which will use as way of communication between two or more modules of practices. Also the modules possess a source of is able type SIEMENS PM 1207, one Switch SIEMENS CSM 1277 SIMATIC NET, a Touch Panel SIEMENS KTP600 Basic Color PN, an analogical exit Signal Board SB 1232 AQ, they will rely on also two Ethernet ports of type RJ45, a port DB9 and one DB25. The modules will use as great help for the educational personnel and students since they will possess two equipment’s re-promoted for the development of the different proposed practices, I have they will stimulate new academic material for the students. The software was in use TIA PORTAL V12.0 for the programming of the proposed practices, the same one that is in use in the career of electronic engineering for the programming and configuration of the different used equipment’s. This software processes and transmits information to the different exits, as areas, engines, variators of frequency, HMI, plants, etc.
