Adaptation of the Brad Rawlins Model for Link Management of Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas – ESPE Stakeholders
Abstract:
The objective of this research is to rank the stakeholders of the University of the Armed Forces ESPE through Link Management as per the Brad Rawlins model. This way hoping to achieve its identification, comprehension and adaptation to institutional reality, focusing on the more outstanding characteristics of these interest groups as a guideline to represent an adequate interrelation of the stakeholders. The methodology applied was exploratory. It includes the use of qualitative and quantitative tools that help identify and characterize the stakeholders of the University using detailed links in each interest group. Similarly, the stakeholders will be classified in function of the Mitchell, Agle and Wood attributes. The results demonstrate that the application of this model allows managing the stakeholders in accordance with the links with the University of the Armed Forces ESPE, which would be a great support for decision-making.
