Diseño y construcción de un módulo de control industrial para determinar variables eléctricas en el arranque de motores trifásicos


Abstract:

Currently the use of induction motors in all industries is one of the most common tasks and without these electrical machines could not run productive processes which boost the industrialization of goods and services, so this project seeks to encourage their practice, by means of the implementation of a module for the control of the motors and the necessary knowledge to be able to analyze the variables of voltage and intensity that appear at the moment of the start of the three-phases motors, for this the student will be given a tool, which will help them in a practical form in their professional training, it is a didactic module in which students can make the different connections through manual processes with elements of solid state control very common in small and medium industries and in this way develop their theoretical knowledge of control and apply it in practice, reinforcing In this way, they will be able to apply their professionalism in the different jobs they have to perform in the workplace. Among its main parts are: the coupling of contactors, thermal relays, protection fuses, start and stop pulses, signaling pilots, three-phases motors to be controlled and the measuring instruments that are the basis
