Diseño y construcción de un sistema modular flexible de clasificación de piezas con PLC´ S SIMATIC (Siemens), para el aprendizaje de automatización industrial.

Abstract:

This project describes the design and construction of a flexible modular system of classification of pieces using two PLC Simatic S7-200 (Siemens), CPU 222, for industrial automation learning. Chapter 1: chapter one discusses the objectives to be met and their justification. Chapter 2: in chapter two discusses the theoretical part, the fundamentals that are used for the realization of the project from the PLC's used, actuators and sensors used. Chapter 3: the third chapter covers all mechanical and electrical design of the training module, their individual stations and communication established between the two PLC’s. Chapter 4: chapter four refers to tests conducted in the training module through a DEMO that includes all the functions that can be developed, and their respective safety recommendations. Finally there are the conclusions and recommendations on the training module.
