Diseño y construcción de una baroladora para conformar tubos circulares de 3/4" hasta 1.5 mm de espesor, para ser operada por una persona con discapacidad motora de miembros inferiores del 80%, para la Fundación de Atención al Discapacitado.


Abstract:

The purpose of this project is to find the optimal design and subsequent construction of a baroladora of round tube and square tube, which is apt to be operated by a person with motor disability of lower limbs of 80%, complying with critical safety factors and correct ergonomics during operation. The skeletal-motor movements and mobility angles of upper limbs, thorax and torso are exposed to operate the machine, in which the operator does not feel unnecessary fatigue during his working day, thus creating a suitable job for our purpose. By means of an anthropometric study of several people with lower limb motor disability, and after making a deep analysis of the results obtained, the vertical baroladora with manual activation is chosen as the best option for the development of the proposed objective. By means of an anthropometric study of several people with lower limb motor disability, several results are obtained, and with the help of them, the vertical baroladora with manual activation is selected to obtain the greatest viability within the objectives. It begins with the design and construction of the main and secondary axis followed by the fixed structure, mobile structure, lever, hydraulic jack, among others. For the general calculation of the pieces of the baroladora is considered as maximum effort to the deformation of the square tube of 3/4 "and 1.5 mm thick since it is the one that more resistance generates its deformation.
