Diseño y construcción de una máquina reductora de biomasa forestal para procesar los desechos de diámetros hasta 40 mm, extraídos de la poda de los bosques comerciales.

Abstract:

The MRBF (Machine Reducing Forest Biomass) project is a proposal that provides a practical solution for the utilization of residual forest biomass. It is intended as an implementation of alternative methods for handling forest waste and raw materials and other processes. In addition this project will provide technical support with aspects such as design and construction. An analysis was performed to determine the most common needs of clients and how they can be met by the beneficial characteristics of this MRBF machines. Starting with the best materials and the best construction values, MRBF machines are built with careful calculation of each element. The designs were made in SolidWorks, facilitating the development of elaborate plans, drawings of subset plans, and expanded views of each component. Programming is provided in CNC for an orderly construction. The MRBF machine will operate with a gasoline engine at 16 HP and up to 3600 rpm. The transmission is given by a Catarina chain. Each of the elements is sure to fit appropriately for easy removal and replacement of parts and maintenance when necessary. An analysis of the direct and indirect costs of owning and operating these MRBF machines has been carefully evaluated to ensure profitability. The Operation and Maintenance Manual provides tools for the adequate maintenance of the machine to ensure the safety and function for the life of the machine.
