Diseño y construcción de una plegadora de camisetas automática para la Industria textil con una capacidad de 400 unidades hora

Abstract:

The present project factual's is to design and build a t-shirt automatic press brake to help the textile industry, which it motivates to increase those systems and help to reduce the high costs of operation and low the time of production. This work has been divide in four chapters in with each one we will analyze the beginning on functioning, the alternatives, the design, the analysis the results and the costs of construction. Inside the first chapter we will be developing a theoretical work, which one allows to obtain the concepts of the following chapters. During the second chapter, it develops the main steps of design, where shows a first look of the alternatives and parameters and it will allow us to work and define this project. About the third chapter we will continue to design all the elements that will be used inside the machine's construction. In the chapter number four we analyzed the costs which in comparison between machines or types of production and also obtains a several amount of main info that helped to define the economic advantage of the machine to be build. It also defines the results once the investigation project has been finished.
