Abstract:

In this project several issues related to the management of human talent strategy of the company VIGPROU CIA, LTDA were addressed. The execution of several procedures and subsystems was started, which were based on the results of a previous evaluation called diagnosis, in which new processes and subsystems were carried out, for which we were able to start the elaboration of a manual of functions, procedures of personnel selection, performance evaluation and finally a diagnosis of training needs (DNC), which according to a planning could be made, focusing on an analysis by competencies. During this journey, a schedule of activities was started, which would be of support to obtain final results that are of benefit to the organization, and this will allow them to have a continuous improvement in the responsible area and thus be able to provide progress to all collaborators. Each day they use their work force for their own benefit and for the company they represent. Finally, it was possible to achieve all the procedures and subsystems that were originally planned, all thanks to the support of the employees of the company VIGPROU CIA. LTDA., Thus providing an advance and strengthening the fundamental basis of what is an organization, from then on to maintain standards of security and order for the progress of the services that the company provides to its final beneficiaries.
