Abstract:

The current document is a guideline in which are detailed in a step by step fashion through the use of flowcharts, function manuals and profiles, the four management departments belonging to the Transit Control Agency from Cuenca (EMOV EP), in order to build up a strategic document by which the head of the Human Resources Office and its employees may establish the levels of responsibility, functions and results from every single individual who makes up the Corporation´s workforce.
