Abstract:

This research, which focuses on the risk map and the mitigation plans, is an alternative to the control schemes in force in Ecuador, with the Research whose title is: "Design and Proposal for the implementation of risk map, Risk mitigation and audit plan for the inventory process of Cantonal Hospital of Girón during the period 2016 ", it has been achieved that the objective of designing this tool has been fulfilled, using different methods of Audit as direct observation And the application of risk assessment matrices has established the inherent risk that exists in the entity's inventory process, which has been communicated to the administrative part, agreeing to follow the mitigation plan with the correctives and recommendations that result of the audit carried out, with this contribution made to the institution where the procedure was applied, we believe that we have contributed to the implementation of changes that benefit the administration of the Inventory process in the Cantonal Hospital of Girón
