Abstract:

This research paper presents the development of a strategic plan for the company Cepragro to venture into the construction sector with the aim of recovering sales. They have declined in recent years due to unfavorable conditions in the agricultural sector which is the sector which had been operating that company. In fact, a raid arises in a new economic sector to operate. To this end, the strategic plan begins by the respective analysis of the environment within the construction sector. So, the analysis model known as macro-environment "PEST model," which analyzes various forces of influence around the sector under study, is applied first. Second, industrial analysis model, known as "Porter 5 forces" applies. And finally the model of "value chain" (Porter) is used to analyze the internal conditions of the company Cepragro...
