Abstract:

When a company doing management and financial planning, you need to know and have a clear vision of the internal and external environment of your company. The internal sector includes variables and information that provide the different areas that make up the company and the external sector that covers the macroeconomic environment and industry that generally is regulated by State agents of Control for the proper stability, markets and sectors. These agents control resources use the internet to provide public reports of their management through periodic newsletters. The problem is that these newsletters have information only variables for a specific period for this reason not providing an analysis of a variable with respect to past periods in the same report issued so you can not establish a study of one or more variables over time or analysis of trends regarding the action that have taken the market in a period of study. Based on these relevant factors it is planned to solve the need for quick information that the company to use designing a compact analysis tool that have the information about the market through its agents of control in a single report containing data current and historical allowing for studies and analysis about the environment in a fast way for making decisions avoiding the wasted time in searching and sorting of information. The project aims to provide a new way of displaying information but we need to know the preferences and needs of potential customers about the style of presentation of data. This tool will be useful for all organizations having direct or indirect relationship with macro-sector and this tool can be used by companies in different sectors but they are related in some way.
