This article contains general information on the use of the GAP, PEST and AGIS tools; the comparative analysis generated, the identification of the inputs required for implementation with ISO 9001: 2015, and determine through the study that indicators of reliable measurements using these tools are necessary for the achievement of an accepted quality management system for the benefit of the organizations.
